Catherine Poland is the President and Founder of Trinity Horse Farm LLC, an Equine Assisted Learning Center, located in Valley City, Ohio. She has received her MBA from Baldwin Wallace College and holds an EAGALA Advanced Certification in working with horses and humans experientially for mental health treatment and human development and is dedicated to helping others.
Catherine is a member of the Class of 2008 Leadership Medina County, and was a recipient of the 2007 Woman of Distinction Award. She developed The Herd® Program and successfully implemented the program with the Medina County Juvenile Court, the Children’s Family Intervention Team and local schools to help numerous at-risk youths and Autistic children in Medina County.
With Catherine’s diverse background including more than three decades of corporate leadership experience and a life time devoted to riding, training, teaching and understanding horse behavior. Catherine extended her expertise into the corporate sector by developing Herd Dynamics®. Herd Dynamics encompasses a variety of workshops, trainings and retreats that help organizations instill a lasting commitment to their corporate mission, fosters camaraderie and develops leaders. By building on her unique experience and combination of strengths in both the corporate and the equine arenas, Catherine offers customized, focused and uniquely energizing personal growth experiences for all who come to Trinity Horse Farm.
